1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using 1ToolRing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using 1ToolRing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. API access and keys

API keys are personal to your account. You must keep them confidential and are responsible for all activity performed with them. 1ToolRing stores only cryptographic hashes of keys and cannot recover a lost key.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to exceed rate limits, reverse-engineering, reselling or sharing your access with third parties, or using the service in violation of applicable law or third-party source terms.

4. Data sources and licensing

1ToolRing calls third-party tools on its own accounts. Each tool has its own terms, which are linked from its catalog entry. You are responsible for complying with those requirements in your own use.

5. Billing and payments

1ToolRing is pay-as-you-go. There are no plans, subscriptions or recurring charges. You buy prepaid credits (1 credit = Rp1) in one of the top-up amounts shown on the pricing page, and each successful tool call deducts that tool's listed per-call price from your balance. A call that fails is not charged.

Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as our merchant of record and handles checkout, invoicing and applicable sales tax. Credits are added to your account only after the payment is confirmed. Unused credits are non-refundable except where required by law; if a top-up was charged in error, contact us and we will review it.

6. Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1ToolRing does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any individual tool; a call that fails is not charged.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1ToolRing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using 1ToolRing at any time. 1ToolRing may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
